About the Role

Are you someone who loves engaging with people and delivering exceptional client experiences? This is your chance to step into a client-facing international role where you'll be the go-to person for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless service delivery.We welcome candidates with any international voice support experience what matters most is excellent communication skills and a strong passion for customer success.

  • Process Type: B2B (client servicing)

  • Industry: Media & Entertainment (Servicing OTT Clients like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.)

  • Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days WFO & 3 Days WFH or Vice Versa)

  • Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103

    Shift: Night Shift (Transport + Meals provided)

    Eligibility: Graduates only

  • Shift Timing: Fixed US Shift | Login between 6 PM 9 PM IST

  • Working days: 5 days working and 2 days rotational off

Key Responsibilities

Role: Project Coordinator / Accounts Coordinator / Localization Coordinator

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.

Drive regular status calls, executive summaries, and strategy meetings with clients.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with precision.

Coordinate across internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Track billing, revenue, and client requirements.

Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and keep clients informed.

Support and guide Account Coordinators to achieve daily objectives.

What Were Looking For

Must be a graduate with all academic and employment documents (PDC, Convocation, Offer letters, Relieving letters, Payslips, etc.)

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Prior international voice support experience/Project coordination/ client servicing / B2B coordination roles (all processes accepted)

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle client interactions with confidence and professionalism

Flexibility to work in night shifts
