  • Proofing and Quality Checks:
  • Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, layout, and formatting.
  • Check color accuracy, resolution, margins, bleed, and other printing requirements.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, or clients to make necessary corrections.
  • File Preparation:
  • Prepare print-ready files (usually in PDF or other publishing formats).
  • Ensure correct settings for printers or online platforms.
  • Package and archive projects as per company standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with graphic designers, editors, printers, and clients.
  • Interpret and implement feedback and revisions.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Software and Technology Usage:
  • Stay updated with the latest versions of DTP software and tools.
  • Troubleshoot file compatibility and technical issues.
  • Compliance and Standardization:
  • Adhere to copyright laws and brand guidelines.
  • Follow print specifications and digital publishing standards.
