Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager – Marketing & Communications, located in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include overseeing the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies, managing brand positioning, crafting impactful press releases, and driving strategic communications. The role also involves project management to ensure timely campaign deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Communication and Strategic Communications
  • Experience in crafting and managing Press Releases and Marketing Communications
  • Proven ability to drive Project Management initiatives and deliver results
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Relevant experience in hospitality or real estate industries is advantageous
