Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns. The role involves a strong understanding of current marketing tools, strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams, and vendors to drive leads, improve brand awareness, and achieve business goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

· Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, display ads).

· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

· Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits for ranking improvements.

· Create, monitor, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).

· Optimize landing pages and user funnels to increase conversion rates.

· Create designs and content for compelling ads & graphics.

· Monitor digital trends, identify new opportunities, and recommend innovative strategies to improve results.

· Manage digital budgets and ensure maximum ROI.

· Conduct A/B testing and data-driven optimization for campaigns.

· Handle marketing automation tools and CRM integration for lead nurturing.

Required Skills:

· In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Social Media Advertising.

· Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Management

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and generate insights.

· Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

· Experience:

o Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Technical Skills:

· Performance Marketing: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

· Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking

· Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects),Canva

· Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional software

· YouTube: YouTube Studio, Analytics, SEO, and community management

· Marketing Tools: Email platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation

Salary Range:

₹15000 – ₹ 35000 Per Month
