Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist our accounting department with daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, be eager to learn, and possess strong numerical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting activities such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and data entry.
  • Support in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
  • Help prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries.
  • Handle petty cash and support internal audits as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments for payment processing and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Tally / ERP / QuickBooks preferred).
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Additional certification in Tally / GST / MS Excel will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
