Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor bills, freight invoices, and client payments
  • Track outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections
  • Coordinate with truck drivers regarding trip expenses, fuel bills, and advance payments
  • Verify and reconcile driver-submitted bills and vouchers
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing queries, payment schedules, and invoice discrepancies
  • Share payment reminders and resolve basic account-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, bills, and payment receipts
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports
  • Support senior accountants during audits and financial reviews

Desired Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Tally or other accounting software
  • Ability to manage field-level interactions with drivers and clients
  • Good understanding of logistics billing and documentation
  • Attention to detail and time management
