Job Description: Holiday Sales Expert

We are looking for a dynamic Holiday Sales Expert with strong outbound calling experience to engage potential customers, explain travel packages, and close sales over the phone. The role involves handling customer queries, understanding requirements, and ensuring high conversion rates through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.

  • Explain holiday/travel packages, features, pricing, and offers clearly.

  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable package options.

  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales on call.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and market trends.

  • Provide excellent customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound telesales/telemarketing experience.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Comfortable with rotational week offs.

  • Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to work from office in Gurgaon (Sector 32).
