Role Overview 

We are looking for a Creative & Content Lead to drive our brand storytelling, visual identity, and content strategy across all platforms. This role will be central to shaping how the brand is perceived by customers, partners, and the industry—building distinction, trust, and affinity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & Guidelines

- Act as the custodian of the brand's design consistency, tone, and visual language.

- Ensure brand guidelines evolve in line with consumer expectations while maintaining integrity.

Organic Social Media

- Plan, execute, and scale the organic social media calendar across platforms.

- Drive engagement and build a strong community through innovative content formats.

- Leverage social insights to optimize and grow organic presence.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a creative team (designers, copywriters, content producers) along with agencies/freelancers.

- Deliver high-quality output while ensuring cost efficiency and timely project delivery.

Sales Enablement Assets

- Develop compelling creatives for brochures, ad campaigns, product catalogues, event collaterals, and merchandise.

- Create impactful presentations, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and other content to support sales and customer engagement.

Influencer & Brand Partnerships

- Identify, onboard, and collaborate with influencers aligned with the brand ethos (both barter and paid).

- Build co-marketing initiatives with lifestyle, design, and sustainability-focused brands to expand brand reach.

Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in creative/content marketing or brand communications, preferably in home décor, interiors, or building materials (or agency experience managing clients in this space).

- Proven ability to inspire and manage creative teams while ensuring brand consistency.

- Strong design sensibility and ability to work closely with agencies/freelancers.

- Hands-on experience in content planning, creation, and execution.

- Demonstrated success in building organic social media presence.

- Data-driven approach with the ability to refine creative strategies for better outcomes.
