- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the channel's vision and target audience. Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content decisions
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure the production of high-quality content
- Content Development: Oversee the ideation, creation, and execution of TV programs, series, and other content formats. Collaborate with producers, writers, directors, and other stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content meets the channel's standards for creativity, quality, and cultural relevance. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of ongoing projects
- Budget Management: Work closely with the production team to manage budgets for content development. Optimize resource allocation to maximize creative output within financial constraints
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OAP, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to align content with overall business objectives. Establish strong relationships with external partners, including production houses and talent agencies
- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Exceptional leadership skills complemented by the ability to manage and inspire creative teams. The candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, guiding the team to deliver content that exceeds expectations
- Creative Vision: A creative thinker with the ability to transform ideas into compelling content. The candidate's innovative approach contributes to the development of unique and impactful TV programs
- Effective Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities enable the candidate to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships both internally and with external partners
- Demonstrated track record as a Creative/Content Lead in the Hindi TV/ OTT industry, showcasing the ability to lead and inspire teams to create compelling, differentiated content that resonates across platforms.
- 12+ years of experience in the content industry, with a strong understanding of storytelling formats across television and digital streaming services.
- Deep insights into the nuances of the Hindi TV and OTT audience, coupled with a keen awareness of evolving market trends. The candidate should possess the ability to craft innovative, high-impact content strategies that cater to both traditional and emerging viewership patterns.
