Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly skilled Creative Director to join our upcoming flagship salon team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Colouring and Highlights, Cut and style, and will be highly passionate and up to date with current trends. They will need to contribute to the overall success of the salon, by committing to providing color/cut and style services at the very highest standard to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a friendly and passionate team and work in a busy salon with the potential for the successful candidate to rapidly build a strong client base and achieve significant retail and service sales (and thereby enjoy attractive incentives)
QualificationsJob Description: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience cutting, styling, and colouring. They will need to contribute to the overall success of the salon and the stylist team, by being committed to providing the most professional cut, colour, and style services.
Qualification: Hairdressing or any other equivalent Certificate/Diploma.
Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience as Senior Hair Stylist/cut and colour technician/specialist in a reputed organization.
Skills: Cutting, Creative Cutting, Colouring& Highlights, Creative Colouring, Blow Drys, Hair Up, Hair Straightening, Hair Treatments, Hair Extension
Requirements: Creativity as a Senior Hair Stylist to develop new techniques and bring in new ideas and concepts. Customer service skills. Fluent in English. Work under minimum supervision. Energetic with a positive attitude. Willingness to work with a flexible schedule. Proactive and Team Player. Willing to accept challenges and able to meet them. Sensitive to other cultures.
