Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    creative, engaging, and impactful copy
    for campaigns across digital, print, packaging, and activation.
  • Translate brand strategies into compelling stories and campaign ideas for
    FMCG brands
    .
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account managers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Create content for social media, ad campaigns, websites, brand collaterals, and video scripts.
  • Adapt tone and messaging to suit diverse consumer brands within the FMCG space.
  • Stay updated on
    FMCG industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor campaigns
    .
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions with
    fresh, innovative campaign ideas
    .

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in
    copywriting/content writing
    , preferably in a creative or digital agency.
  • Must have strong experience working with
    FMCG brands
    (food, beverage, lifestyle, or consumer products).
  • Excellent command of English (and Hindi if bilingual content is needed).
  • Strong storytelling ability with a knack for catchy taglines and campaign themes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in
    campaign ideation, content strategy, and brand positioning
    .
  • Familiarity with
    consumer psychology and brand communication
    in FMCG.
  • Exposure to
    content planning tools
    and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
