
Business Development Manager

We are looking for a candidate who has got at least 2 years of full-time sales & marketing experience in IT sector in a reputed organization with similar position.
You need to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
You need to increase revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions.
You need to focus on three growth strategies: Market penetration, Market development, Product development.
You need to generate a strong pipeline of leads through your own network.
Proficiency in at least two languages and any Completed Degree ( Fresher )
Communication, Time management, creative and planning skills
Ability to manage multi-task
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Understanding the basic financial concept
Ability to make presentations
Ability to deliver the presentation to the key person and a large group of gathering
Good selling skills
Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business
Ability to work in a team or standalone plus a determination and motivation to exceed targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
