Cashier/Customer Service

We are hiring a smart, polite, and responsible Cashier / Customer Service Executive to manage daily billing operations, interact with customers, and maintain smooth functioning of our Mart.
The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, billing software handling skills, and good communication ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing using computer/software
- Manage cash, card, and UPI transactions
- Assist customers with queries and product information
- Maintain cleanliness and arrangement of counters
- Coordinate with staff and ensure smooth daily operations
- Generate daily sales and cash reports
- Manage inventory updates (basic level)
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office)
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Ability to manage rush hours with patience
- Positive attitude and disciplined work approach
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience in a mart, supermarket, or retail store preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
