Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator – Trainee will assist the sales and operations teams ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales staff, and internal departments. The role includes supporting customer communication, assisting with invoice preparation, maintaining sales and stock records, and helping ensure operational efficiency. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales coordination and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Coordination and Communication:

• Support the sales team in handling communication with institutional and regional customers.
• Assist with follow-ups through phone calls and emails for orders and payment updates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to help address basic customer queries or complaints.

2. Invoicing and Payment Support:

• Help in preparing and sending Proforma Invoices under guidance.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for basic payment tracking and status updates.
• Assist Sales Officers in following up on pending orders or payments.

3. Sales Reporting Assistance:

• Learn to prepare and update sales reports (e.g., Institution Sales Reports).
• Support data entry and updating of sales figures in Google Sheets for different regions.

4. Stock and Inventory Support:

• Assist in updating stock records in Google Sheets to support inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure stock information is current.

5. Sales Team Coordination:

• Work alongside the NCR and outstation sales teams to understand order flow and customer requirements.
• Help with daily coordination tasks and internal updates.

6. Administrative and Operational Assistance:

• Support in checking and verifying invoice entries under supervision.
• Assist in basic reconciliation activities and other routine operational tasks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–1 year in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role (internship or training experience preferred).
• Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
