About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in the interior designing industry. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the design/sales team, ensuring smooth coordination, follow-ups, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, quotations, and proposals.
  • Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and project updates.
  • Assist the sales and design team in handling client requirements.
  • Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle day-to-day office coordination related to sales and projects.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between different teams.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in the Interior Designing / Architecture industry is a must.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Interior Design background preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or client handling in the interior designing industry.
