About the Role
The Operations & Site Manager will oversee the daily operations, facility management, and customer relations across multiple co-working and real estate sites in Pune. The role demands effective communication, hands-on facility oversight, proactive client servicing, and adherence to operational excellence standards. This is a field-intensive position requiring local site visits, prompt issue resolution, and ongoing engagement with both vendors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily operations and service delivery for multiple sites across Pune, requiring local travel as per business demands.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Marathi for seamless interactions with clients, vendors, and local teams.
- Guide clients through property tours, providing clear, confident explanations of features, procedures, and benefits.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients; attend to their queries and maintain strong, ongoing communication.
- Draft and manage professional business emails, reports, and documentation.
- Address, escalate, and resolve client complaints; ensure a customer satisfaction index above 90% after following SOPs.
- Leverage knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility issues to ensure timely identification and reporting of problems.
- Implement cost optimization strategies and recommend facility or operational improvements to achieve efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise vendors, ensure compliance with facility standards and statutory requirements.
- Plan for contingencies and respond proactively to operational risks and site emergencies.
- Uphold discipline and punctuality in all work routines and reporting.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail in facility inspections, record-keeping, and compliance management.
- Support deal closures and contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities during client interactions.
- Work on-site or from the office as per business needs.
Requirements
- Graduate with minimum 3–4 years of experience in co-working, real estate, or facility management roles.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Pune city; ability to efficiently travel to different local sites as required.
- Hands-on knowledge of basic civil, mechanical, and facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Strong professional communication skills and email etiquette.
- Proven customer-facing experience; strong complaint resolution and client relationship management abilities.
- Demonstrated vendor management, compliance oversight, and contingency planning capabilities.
- Attention to detail, discipline, and punctuality.

- Salary: ₹27,000–₹40,000/month, plus performance-based promotion opportunities.

- Customer Satisfaction Index: Maintain above 90% by following SOPs and ensuring high-quality service.
- Turnaround Time: Promptly respond to client and facility issues, prioritizing complaint resolution and site readiness.
- Cost Optimization: Proactively identify, recommend, and implement facility improvements for efficiency.
- Compliance: Strict adherence to facility and statutory requirements at all times.
- Client Engagement: Frequent, clear communication and active follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
- Team and Vendor Coordination: Effective management of multi-site operations, including coordination with all vendors and supporting staff.
