About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in a fast-paced agency environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and a knack for driving measurable results. This role is crucial for executing digital campaigns, performance analysis and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Execution:
  • Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media and social media,
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy and content creation.
  • Assist in the formulation of digital strategies to build a lasting connection with target audiences and achieve KPI's.
  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing:
  • Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Meta/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive monthly/quarterly reports to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Communicate campaign results clearly to required teams managers.
  • Technical & Operational Skills:
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing tracking codes and tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Expertise in Google Analytics for monitoring and analyzing website performance, user journeys, and goal completions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, event tracking, and other technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of how GTM and Google Analytics work together to provide accurate and detailed reporting.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including account managers, content creators, designers, and web developers, to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with client objectives.
  • Maintain excellent communication providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with agency experience highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing PPC, social media etc.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency with key digital marketing tools, including:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar are a plus.
