Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Responsibilities include market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with teams to meet client needs, and analyzing industry trends to inform strategic decisions. The role will also require regular communication with stakeholders and tracking key business metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Planning and Market Research skills to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Business Development, Proposal Writing, and Contract Negotiation skills to secure new clients and partnerships.
  • Relationship Management and Communication skills to build long-term client associations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Decision-Making skills to assess challenges and identify solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Experience in industries such as construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
