Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, supply chain, and processes.
  • Lead, train, and supervise teams to meet performance goals.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address escalated issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and process optimization.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19, ₹24,000.00 per month
