Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Drive the team to achieve monthly sales targets in office.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of team performance and sales results.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and productivity.
  • Maintain discipline and foster a positive, motivating work environment.
  • Monitor and review the performance of Sales Executives.8. Prepare and share sales reports and forecasts with management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Check how well sales strategies are working by reviewing team performance, taking feedback, and listening to call recordings.
  • Take full accountability for the sales results and discipline of the team.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in stock Market or Edtech Industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
