Managing contract-related activities, such as preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Analysing sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM software to manage sales activities, track sales progress, and maintain accurate customer records. Managing sales pipelines, forecasting sales, and providing regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with other internal teams, such as marketing, customer service, and operations, to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction. Providing feedback and insights from the market to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and customer support strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge and Professional Development: Staying updated on the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the healthcare industry, including understanding the competitive landscape and market dynamics. Participating in professional development activities, such as training programs, industry events, and continuing education to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
