We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across leading online marketplaces – Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The role involves end-to-end responsibility of product listings, catalog management, campaign execution, sales analysis, and ensuring excellent customer experience to drive sustainable business growth.

Role Description

Marketplace Management


•⁠ ⁠Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate product information, images, pricing, and inventory availability.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and policy compliance.

⁠Sales & Performance Growth


•⁠ ⁠Drive sales performance by implementing platform-specific strategies.


•⁠ ⁠Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends; prepare performance reports.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.

⁠Advertising & Promotions


•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to maximize visibility.


•⁠ ⁠Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Myntra promotions to optimize ROI.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor and optimize ad performance, budgets, and conversions.

Operations & Logistics


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order processing and returns.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment across platforms.


•⁠ ⁠Manage vendor central, seller central, and Myntra partner portal operations.

Customer Experience & Support


•⁠ ⁠Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback; resolve escalations.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure high service quality, on-time deliveries, and effective issue resolution.

⁠Analysis & Reporting


•⁠ ⁠Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.


•⁠ ⁠Share insights with management to improve pricing, assortment, and strategy.


•⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly dashboards on KPIs like sales, returns, ad spend, and profitability.

Qualifications


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.


•⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).


•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and online merchandising.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal.


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and drive results under tight deadlines.
