Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Officer to oversee the day-to-day functioning of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, efficient service delivery, and adherence to quality and safety standards within the hospital or medical center.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support daily operations across all departments (IP, OP, pharmacy, diagnostics, rehabilitation, nursing, etc.)
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Supervise facility management including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and transport
- Ensure availability and proper functioning of equipment, supplies, and utilities
- Assist in handling patient concerns and improving overall patient experience
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and support audits and compliance checks
- Support inventory control, vendor coordination, and procurement follow-up
- Work closely with management to implement operational policies and improvements
- Oversee shift schedules and staff deployment to maintain service continuity
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols are followed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare facility management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations
