Job Title: Mid-Level SEO Executive

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Department: Digital Marketing / SEO

Reporting To: Sr. SEO Executive / SEO Manager

Job Summary:

The Mid-Level SEO Executive will be responsible for executing SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic. The role involves managing on-page and off-page optimization, performing detailed website audits, and supporting branding and content marketing activities to enhance online presence and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Page Optimization

Perform keyword research and mapping to relevant offpage activities.

Optimize Meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structure.

Implement schema markup, canonical tags, and SEO-friendly URLs.

Conduct regular on-page audits to identify and fix technical and content-related issues.

Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to new and existing pages.

1. Off-Page Optimization

Plan and execute link-building campaigns (guest posting, directory submission, outreach).

Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify new link opportunities.

Maintain healthy link profiles and disavow harmful backlinks.

Work on increasing domain authority and organic visibility through ethical SEO practices.

Support the creation and optimization of content for blogs and landing pages.

Suggest content ideas that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

1. Website Audit & Technical SEO

Conduct detailed website audits covering technical, structural, and content issues.

Identify crawl errors, broken links, indexing issues, and duplicate content.

Ensure website performance, mobile responsiveness, and loading speed are optimized.

1. Reporting & Analysis

Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic, and user engagement using analytics tools.

Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports.

Identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights and trends.

Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Tools:

Strong knowledge of On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

Good understanding of branding and content marketing fundamentals.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
