Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for an Immigration Sales Consultant. The role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and providing tailored immigration solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include sales consulting, developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering top-tier customer service, and offering expert consulting on diverse immigration services. The successful candidate will also work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Consulting with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse clientele
  • Expertise in Customer Service, demonstrating a client-first approach to address queries and resolve issues
  • Background in Consulting, with the ability to provide professional advice and solutions tailored to client needs
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with global immigration processes and relevant documentation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, International Relations, or related fields is preferred
