Genpact Hiring for OTC - Cash Application role - Pune

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer/Management Trainee/Assistant Manager- Accounts Receivables Cash Applications

We are looking for someone who can handle the Accounts Receivable function. Also, assist associates to identify & implement AR improvements. You are a Finance and Accounting Subject Matter Guide with relevant experience in accounts Receivable process.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts receivable, which include:

•    Cash Application, research unapplied cash, unidentified payment, Cash app report out / Bank Statement transfer

•    Handling Collections, AR Dispute and Reporting

•    Initiate collections for invalid disputes/ deductions and credit or debit note/ adjustment for a valid deduction

•    Knowledge of collection /Dispute/ customer queries

•    Billing: preparing of billing Data / Manual Invoice / Manual Billing/ Credit Note

•    Identify & implement AR improvements

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications

•    B.Com Graduate / Master of Commerce or Business Administration

Preferred qualifications :

•    Good interpersonal skills

•    Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts

•    Good knowledge on MS Excel and Word.

•    ERP knowledge like SAP, PeopleSoft will be an added advantage
