About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the development of our
Hostel / Hospitality & Property Management SaaS Platform (Web + Mobile)
. The ideal candidate will drive project execution, coordinate between cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of our MVP and subsequent releases. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define
    project scope, goals, and deliverables
    in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage
    detailed project plans, sprints, and milestones
    .
  • Coordinate between
    frontend, backend, design, QA, and DevOps
    teams to ensure alignment.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures for
    timely delivery
    .
  • Conduct regular
    stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
    .
  • Communicate updates, risks, and timelines to
    management and clients
    .
  • Ensure project documentation, processes, and reports are always up-to-date.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on
    quality and efficiency
    .

Requirements

  • 5–9 years
    of proven experience in
    software project management
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Agile/Scrum
    frameworks and tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage
    web and mobile app projects
    end-to-end.
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    .
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with
    cross-functional distributed teams
    .
  • Bonus: Prior exposure to
    SaaS / PropertyTech / HospitalityTech
    platforms.
