Job Title: Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer + Lead Generator

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional who can handle social media management, graphic designing, and lead generation to boost our brand presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage brand pages, run campaigns, and increase followers/engagement.
  • Handle paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads / Google Ads preferred).
  • Graphic Designing
  • Create eye-catching posts, reels, banners, flyers, presentations, and event creatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
  • Lead Generation
  • Use social media, digital ads, and online platforms to generate quality business leads.
  • Track, report, and optimize lead conversion performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management + graphic design.
  • Skilled in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (basic video editing is a plus).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Good communication & creative mindset.
  • Ability to work from Madhapur office.
