**Job Title**: Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer + Lead Generator

**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **creative and dynamic professional** who can handle **social media management, graphic designing, and lead generation** to boost our brand presence and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage brand pages, run campaigns, and increase followers/engagement.
- Handle paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads / Google Ads preferred).
- **Graphic Designing**:

- Create eye-catching posts, reels, banners, flyers, presentations, and event creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Use social media, digital ads, and online platforms to generate quality business leads.
- Track, report, and optimize lead conversion performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **social media management + graphic design**.
- Skilled in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (basic video editing is a plus).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Good communication & creative mindset.
- Ability to work from **Madhapur office**.
