We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business requirements. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, admins, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions following Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations, ensuring optimal use of platform features.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approval processes.
  • Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
  • Implement security and sharing rules aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions across environments (using tools like SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce.
  • Experience with declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
  • Experience with API integrations, Named Credentials, and Platform Events.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and performance considerations.
  • Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git), SFDX, and CI/CD tools (Gearset, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of DevOps, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Experience in Lightning migration projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
