Apprenticeship Opportunity HR Support Services

Location: Airoli west, Navi Mumbai

Mode of Work: 4 Days Work from Office, 1 Day Work from Home

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Compensation: Competitive, aligned with market standards.

Shift Timing: Day Shift.

About the Role

Join our HR team and contribute to delivering impactful HR solutions for Dow colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented to assist with administrative and operational HR tasks. This apprenticeship offers valuable exposure to a global HR environment and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate facility management and HR-related logistics
  • Manage invoicing and documentation
  • Act as a point of contact for HR support and facility-related queries
  • Collaborate with teams across HR disciplines including: Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Learning.

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate / MBA in Human Resources or a related field with 6 months 1 year of experience (preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Quick learner with a genuine interest in HR
