Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Senior Counselor
to join our team at the
IDP Rajouri Garden office.
This is a full-time, on-site role. As a Senior Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students through their international education journey. Your responsibilities will include assisting students with course selection, managing their applications, supporting them through the visa process, and preparing them for pre-departure.

In this role, you will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer service to students and their families. We are looking for someone who is student-focused, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping individuals pursue their journey abroad.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Minimum of
    2 years of experience
    in student counselling, international education, or related fields, with a strong preference for experience handling
    Australia as a destination
    .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills with the ability to build strong rapport with students and parents.
  • Solid understanding of international education systems, course options, and end-to-end study abroad processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a
    team-oriented environment
    , while achieving individual revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning new technologies and software tools.
