Role: Senior Career Counselor (CUET/IPMAT)

Work Location:
Rohini, New Delhi (Sector-9&7, North West Delhi)

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable
Senior Career Counselor for UG Entrance Exams

to guide students through the preparation, registration and admission process for the CUET/IPMAT exams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CUET/IPMAT exam structure, subject requirements and university specific admission processes, and will be passionate about helping students make informed academic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide
    one-on-one and group counselling sessions
    to students preparing for the CUET/IPMAT.
  • Assist students in understanding the
    CUET/IPMAT exam pattern, syllabus and subject selection
    based on their career aspirations.
  • Guide students through the CUET/IPMAT application process, including
    form filling, documentation and deadlines.
  • Offer strategic advice on test preparation, time management and study planning.
  • Stay updated with changes and announcements for the entrance exams.
  • Organize and conduct CUET/IPMAT workshops, webinars and informational seminars.
  • Maintain accurate students records, counseling notes and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to align counseling support with curriculum offerings.
  • Address
    students and parent queries
    related to CUET/IPMAT,
    colleges and course option

  • Help students shortlist universities and programs based on their CUET/IPMAT scores and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, psychology or a related field
    (Master's preferred)
    .
  • 4+ years of experience in academic counseling or test preparation for
    CUET/IPMAT experience
    preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the CUET/IPMAT examination and university admissions landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with high school students and understand adolescent academic needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and students management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in career counseling or working with entrance exam preparation institutes.
  • Fluency in English and one or more regional languages.
  • Familiarity with undergraduate programs and university admission trends in Delhi.
