  • Ability to handle teams and work under pressure.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain attendance, work logs, and daily progress reports.
  • Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out on time.
  • Inspect equipment and report faults or maintenance needs.
  • Ensure materials and tools are used efficiently and kept in good condition.
  • Support in training and developing workers for better performance.
  • Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
  • Assist management in planning and implementing operational improvements.
