Role & responsibilities

Investment Research and Analysis in the Indian Equity Market

  • Identify investment opportunities and analyze market trends
  • Develop and validate investment hypotheses
  • Conduct financial analysis of individual companies, and evaluate their business

models and management strategies

  • Deepen company analysis through engagement with management and other

stakeholders

Strategy Development and Proposal

  • Provide analysis and recommendations for portfolio construction and management
  • Research macroeconomic and industry trends and reflect them in investment

strategies

Reporting and Preparation of Investor Materials

Preferred candidate profile


• Experience as a fund manager or analyst focusing on the Indian listed equity

market (preferably 5+ years, with expertise in Indian small- and mid-cap stocks

desirable)


• Fluent in English and Japanese language


• Ideally based in Japan, but candidates residing in India may also be considered if they have a valid work visa
