About the Role

Aggrawal Pharma is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to grow in the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with pharma product information
  • Maintain client records and manage follow-ups
  • Promote products and achieve monthly sales targets

Work Schedule

  • Shift Timings:
    • 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (rotational)
  • Working Hours: 9+1 hours
  • 52 annual offs + 11 holidays (9 operational)
  • Extra work = Extra pay

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
  • Experience: 1–2 years (Sales / Call Centre preferred)
  • Language: Fluent in Hindi and English
  • Computer Skills: Typing, Internet, Excel, Browsing
  • Mathematics: Basic knowledge (percentages, averages)
  • Other: Should be trainable for new software and tools

Note: Only Lucknow-based candidates will be considered.

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
