VNA Trainer

We are looking for a skilled VNA Trainer to conduct Voice & Accent training for our Domestic BPO team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to train entry-level and experienced agents, and a good understanding of customer service standards in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Voice & Accent (VNA) training for new hires and existing employees.
• Improve agents' pronunciation, clarity, tone, and communication etiquette.
• Identify speech, grammar, and communication gaps and provide corrective coaching.
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and feedback reports.
• Work closely with operations and quality teams to ensure training effectiveness.
• Track trainee performance and ensure readiness for floor deployment.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a VNA/Communication Trainer in a BPO environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train large batches and handle role-plays, assessments, and mock calls.
• Experience in Domestic BPO training processes is preferred.
