QA Tester
to ensure our products deliver seamless, error-free, and impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual & automated).
  • Identify, document, and track software defects across the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Validate AI-driven features (chatbots, recommendation systems, interactive tools) for accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure platform compatibility across devices, browsers, and operating systems.
  • Provide detailed QA reports and communicate testing outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    QA testing
    (EdTech or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of
    software testing methodologies
    (Agile/Scrum environment preferred).
  • Proficiency in bug-tracking and project management tools..
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g.,
    Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
    ) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools (
    Postman, Swagger
    ) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail, with a user-first mindset.
