Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and student-focused Academic Counselor – US Education to guide and support students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United States. The counselor will be responsible for providing expert guidance on academic planning, university selection, admissions processes, standardized testing, documentation, and visa requirements. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the US education system and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students interested in pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate studies in the United States.
  • Assist students in identifying suitable programs and institutions based on academic background, career goals, financial capacity, and personal preferences.
  • Guide students through the entire application process, including:
  • University shortlisting
  • Application form filling
  • SOP (Statement of Purpose) and essay review
  • Resume/CV preparation
  • Recommendation letters
  • Standardized tests (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS) preparation planning
  • Stay updated on admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, deadlines, and application procedures for US universities.
  • Provide support for student visa application and interview preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and regularly follow up with students and parents.
  • Conduct informational webinars, workshops, or seminars related to US education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, admissions) to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in education fairs, partner meetings, and student engagement events as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
