Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to guide prospective and current students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role involves counseling students based in the United States, helping them choose suitable programs, and supporting them through the enrollment process. You will be responsible for achieving admissions and retention goals while providing high-quality student experience during US working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential students via phone, email, chat, and video calls during US business hours.
  • Provide one-on-one academic counseling to help students select programs aligned with their career goals and academic background.
  • Explain course structures, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and financial aid options.
  • Assist in the application and enrollment process; follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions.
  • Maintain detailed student records and manage the CRM system effectively.
  • Collaborate with the admissions, marketing, and student success teams to enhance student experience and retention.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for counseling sessions, conversions, and enrollments.
  • Stay updated with university policies, program updates, and academic regulations.
  • Provide post-enrollment support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
