Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customer deliveries and seller pickup/delivery operations.
  • Hire, train, and manage local riders/delivery executives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, timely deliveries, and pickup efficiency.
  • Handle daily on-ground operational issues and provide quick resolutions.
  • Maintain strong communication with sellers/customers to ensure service quality.
  • Track operational performance using Excel reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, safety, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for manpower planning and cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
  • First Mile operations.
  • Must be a local candidate with proficiency in local language (verbal & written).
  • Strong people management skills with hands-on experience in rider hiring & management.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
