  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for PEB projects to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for steel structures, plates, beams, columns, roofing sheets, cladding materials, and accessories.
  • Prepare and float RFQs/RFPs, analyze quotations, and finalize techno-commercial comparisons.
  • Negotiate with vendors for best pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contract conditions.
  • Coordinate with design, planning, and project teams to align material requirements with project schedules.
  • Monitor supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and service metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, logistics coordination, and warehouse monitoring for PEB materials.
  • Support cost control initiatives and provide inputs for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Prepare procurement status reports and MIS for management review.
  • Drive vendor audits, approvals, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors for long-term collaboration.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PEB materials, fabrication, and erection processes.
  • Experience in structural steel, cladding materials, fasteners, and accessories procurement.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems for purchase management.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of quality standards, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
