JOB OPENING: TECHNICAL MANAGER – FIRE DETECTION, FIRE PROTECTION & SECURITY

Location: Delhi

Job Summary:

M/s LOTUS TECHSOL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to lead its Fire Detection, Fire Protection & Security Systems operations. The position is based in Delhi and will be responsible for technical leadership, system commissioning, and team management for Fire Alarm and associated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical activities related to Fire Alarm Systems including installation, testing, and commissioning
  • Commissioning and programming of NOTIFIER Fire Alarm Panels and support other makes as required
  • Travel to client sites for system commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support
  • Supervise, guide, and manage a team of engineers and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety standards, codes, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with project, sales, and client teams for smooth execution
  • Provide technical guidance and internal training
  • Interface with clients, consultants, and authorities as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Fire Alarm Systems
  • Mandatory expertise in NOTIFIER Fire Alarm Systems
  • Must have done Certified training by NOTIFIER for Fire Panel Programming (Pre-requisite)
  • Experience commissioning Notifier and other leading fire alarm panel makes
  • Desired knowledge of Fire Suppression Systems using Clean Agents (FM-200, Novec 1230, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage teams of engineers and technicians
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for project and commissioning requirements

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Fire & Safety Engineering
  • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
