Golang Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Go (Golang) programming, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications and APIs using Golang.
• Build scalable microservices and integrate them with front-end applications and external systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and low latency.
• Collaborate with product managers, DevOps engineers, and front-end developers.
• Implement secure coding practices and participate in code reviews.
• Integrate with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends and best practices in backend development and Golang ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience developing applications in Go (Golang).
• Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channel patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in working with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with GraphQL, Protobuf, or message queues.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or Golang community.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹40, ₹49,184.10 per month
