About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring internal processes, identifying risks, ensuring financial accuracy, and helping improve operational efficiency in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits of financial transactions, inventory, sales, and service records.
  • Audit processes at showroom and workshop levels to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Evaluate cash handling, stock management, billing, and spare parts usage.
  • Prepare and present audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in detecting fraud, discrepancies, and non-compliance.
  • Coordinate with accounts, service, and sales departments for process corrections.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the automobile or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of audit tools, accounting software, and MS Excel.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
  • Male candidates preferred (due to frequent travel/site audits across locations).
  • Ability to work independently and handle field visits if required.
