Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the slimming and wellness team.
  • Plan and execute client wellness programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Monitor client progress, ensure treatment quality, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Support and train slimming consultants, dieticians, and therapists to deliver effective results.
  • Collaborate with doctors and physiotherapists for client assessments and treatment planning.
  • Track department performance metrics, generate reports, and meet sales & retention targets.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure smooth clinic workflow.
  • Conduct team meetings and motivate staff towards performance excellence.
  • Ensure hygiene, compliance, and safety standards within the clinic.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, or Wellness Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Slimming, Wellness, or Healthcare industry (Clinic or Spa).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Excellent team handling and training capabilities.
  • Sales orientation with target achievement mindset.
  • Knowledge of wellness, diet, and fitness principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
