Key Responsibilities & Desired Skill Set:

  • Technical ability to create Engineering Drawings, 3D models & Assemblies with application of GD&T, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Skeletal modelling / Top Down and Bottom-up approach / using Configurations and Family Tables would be an advantage.
  • Should have working knowledge & understanding of Mechanical Engineering Practices and Design Principles of Machine Design & SPM.
  • Sound knowledge on conceptualization/ Concept development and detailed Engineering Design.
  • Should have an understanding of Various manufacturing processes like: Plastics / Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Castings / Rapid prototyping.
  • Should have a good understanding of different Engineering Materials and Material selection processes.
  • Experience in product testing and validation would be an added advantage.
  • Should be capable of handling the assigned tasks individually with good communication skill.
  • Must have a good understanding of Engineering Change process and Product Data Management.
  • Should have good Analytical and Communication Skills.
  • Understanding of FMEA / DFM / GD&T / Tolerance Stack up.
