Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Automation Test Engineer
with 2–3 years of experience to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
Selenium with Core Java or C#
, hands-on experience with
API testing tools
such as ReadyAPI, and a solid understanding of testing concepts. The candidate should also be proficient in using
test management and tracking tools
like JIRA and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using
    Selenium with Core Java or C#
    .
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web and API applications.
  • Create, execute, and maintain API test cases using
    ReadyAPI
    or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure quality standards.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them using
    JIRA
    or
    Azure DevOps
    .
  • Ensure test coverage, traceability, and documentation of test cases and results.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the QA process and automation framework.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years
    of hands-on automation testing experience.
  • Strong experience in
    Selenium WebDriver
    with
    Core Java or C#
    .
  • Practical experience in API testing using
    ReadyAPI
    or any equivalent tool.
  • Solid understanding of
    testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC
    .
  • Proficiency in
    JIRA
    and
    Azure DevOps
    for test management and defect tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BDD frameworks like
    Cucumber
    .
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic knowledge of performance testing tools.
