Aasvaa Innovation Labs is a deep-tech GovTech AI company building Manthaan – India's first Sovereign AI Operating System, powering high-compliance AI for Government, Legal, Agriculture, BFSI & large enterprises.

Our deployments include: Chief Minister Office App & Portal, RCAT LIMS, Crop-Verification AI, & Nigeria Govt Pilot – and we are scaling rapidly.

We are now looking for a Founding-Level Tech Leader to join us as a Co-Founder/CTO (equity based) – someone who wants to build a legacy product, not just "take a job."

Who We're Looking For

A HIGH-calibre technologist who:


• Has 5–10+ years experience in AI/ML, platforms, large-scale architecture OR GovTech / enterprise delivery


• Can lead product + technology roadmap for Manthaan OS & AI pipelines


• Can hire, lead & mentor a strong tech team


• Understands scale, infra, cloud, deployment pipelines


• Has the founder mindset → bias for ownership, speed, building from zero

Responsibilities

You will:


• Own end-to-end architecture of Manthaan OS & AI products (GoJuris, CropAI, internal tools)


• Lead engineering – hiring, team formation, delivery culture


• Drive AI infra decisions – GPU, on-prem sovereign infra, model strategy


• Partner with Founder on strategy, fundraising, GTM & partnerships


• Oversee deployments with Govt. & Enterprises (security, compliance, SLAs)
