Job Title: Personal Loan Executive

Department: Banking,Financial Services & Insurance

Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

Job Summary:

The Inside Personal Loan Executive is responsible for generating and converting leads for personal loan products through telecalling and digital channels. This is a desk-based sales role that focuses on identifying customer needs, explaining loan features, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth customer experience — all from within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries regarding personal loans.

Understand customers' financial needs and assess their eligibility based on internal criteria.

Explain product features, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options clearly and professionally.

Guide customers through the loan application process and assist with document collection.

Follow up with customers and internal teams (credit, operations, verification) to ensure timely loan disbursal.

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems.

Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.

Basic understanding of financial products and loan procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:

12th and Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred).

Experience:

6 month-1.5 years of experience in personal loan sale, tele-sales, banking, or financial services.

Work Environment:

Office-based (No field work).

Fixed working hours

Performance Indicators:

Lead conversion rate.

Number of loans disbursed.

Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.

Compliance and documentation accuracy.
